These terms are between you and Breathizene, the USA Authorized BreathiZen Retailer, trading from 810 Seventh Avenue, Floor 9, New York, NY 10019, USA. We are the retailer, not the manufacturer, and we say so on every page.

By browsing this website or placing an order through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

• Every Add To Cart button on this site leads to the same order page.
• Prices are in US dollars. The price, shipping and tax that govern your order are the ones shown at checkout before you confirm.
• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the order desk confirms it, and we may decline an order, for example where a product is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified.
• Prices published on this site can change without notice. A price that is obviously wrong does not oblige us to sell at it.
• We sell to adults 18 and over.
• Read the checkout page before you confirm, including anything about recurring billing.

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website or anything connected to it. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people. Do not misrepresent yourself as us, and do not use our name, wording or design to sell anything.

If you email us about your experience of the product, you are giving us permission to publish it, in whole or in part, alongside the other reviews on this site. We will publish it as written, including if it is critical, and we will attribute it the way you ask: a first name and an initial, a first name alone, or anonymously.

• We do not edit the substance of what you send. We may fix a typo.
• We do not publish your email address, your full address or your order ID.
• We do not pay for reviews, and we do not offer discounts in exchange for them.
• You can ask us to remove a published review at any time and we will.
• Do not send us other people's content, and do not send us medical details you would not want published.

We publish no Review or AggregateRating structured data for any review on this site, including ones sent directly to us, because we cannot independently verify them.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is treated as removed rather than invalidating everything around it.

If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. A one-off act of goodwill is not a permanent change to the terms.

These terms, together with the privacy policy, the refund policy and the disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about this website and your purchase. They replace anything said in conversation or in earlier drafts, except where the law says otherwise.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms to somebody else. We may transfer ours if the business is sold, and your rights are unaffected if we do.

This ordering is why several pages on this site tell you to confirm a figure at checkout instead of relying on the number printed here. It is not evasiveness. It is that the checkout page is computed for your address at the moment you buy, and a static page cannot be.
