BreathiZen Shipping And Delivery

Ships from the United States with tracking in the order email. The cost and the delivery estimate are set at checkout, not here.

Last updated September 22, 2026By BreathiZen Editorial DeskReading time 7 min

BreathiZen ships from the United States unless the checkout page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in your order email. The shipping cost and the delivery estimate are shown at checkout and were not published to this website, so we do not print a figure for either. For anything about a parcel, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.

Why several rows say the same thing

A shipping cost and a delivery window were not supplied to this website. We could guess, and every guess would eventually be wrong for somebody. So we point you at the one page that is definitely correct: the checkout page, where those figures are calculated for your address before you pay.

The sequence

What happens after you order

  1. You get an order email

Within minutes. It carries your order ID, which is the one thing you need for everything that follows. If it does not arrive, check spam, then call the desk.

  2. The order is picked and packed

Handled by the order desk's fulfilment. Weekday orders move faster than weekend ones, as they do everywhere.

  3. Tracking appears

A second email carries the tracking number once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take a day to start updating.

  4. It is delivered

To the address on your order. If you need to change that address, call the desk immediately, because once it ships nobody can redirect it easily.

  5. Your 60-day clock starts

From your order. Write the date down. Put day 45 in your phone.

Problems

If something goes wrong with your parcel

Tracking has not moved in several days

This is normal for the first 24 to 48 hours and less normal after that. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The desk can see more than the public tracking page does.

It says delivered and you do not have it

Check with neighbours and around the property first, because that solves most of these. Then call the desk the same day. The carrier's investigation window is short, and it closes.

The bottles arrived damaged

Photograph the box and the bottles before you unpack anything further, then call the desk. Photographs taken at the point of opening are worth more than a description a week later.

You ordered the wrong pack

Call immediately. If it has not shipped, a change is usually possible. If it has, it becomes a return under the 60-day guarantee.

You need to change the delivery address

Call the desk, do not email. Address changes are time-sensitive in a way that email is not.

The one thing that makes all of this faster

Have your order ID in front of you when you call. Every question above is answered in about two minutes with it, and takes considerably longer without it.

After delivery

Storing it when it arrives

  • Keep it cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. The amber glass exists to block light, so a sunny windowsill is the one place not to put it.
  • Keep the cap closed. A spray pump left open can dry out.
  • A bathroom cabinet is a worse place than it looks, because of the humidity and the temperature swings. A kitchen cupboard away from the hob is better.
  • No refrigeration instruction was published on the artwork we were given.
  • If you bought several bottles, keep the unopened ones boxed until you need them. Bottles in a box are bottles out of the light.
  • Check the best-before date on the base before you open a new bottle from a multi-bottle pack.

This matters more with a multi-bottle pack than most people realise. Six bottles is roughly 600 days of product. The last bottle in that pack will be opened well over a year after it arrived, and where it sat for that time is the only thing that determines what condition it is in.

FAQ

Shipping questions

Where does it ship from and how long does it take?

From the United States, unless the checkout page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in your order email. A delivery estimate is shown at checkout.

Where can I buy BreathiZen?

Through this website, which is the USA Authorized BreathiZen Retailer. Buying here means your order, your tracking and your refund all sit with one order desk.

How do I get a refund?

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. Post the bottles to 230 Park Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10169 with your full name, email and order ID in the box. You pay the return postage and you should use a tracked service.

How long does a refund take?

The desk credits it in about 3 to 5 business days once they have processed the return. Your bank then takes roughly another 5 to 10 days to show it.

Does it need refrigeration?

Not published on the artwork we were given. Store it somewhere cool, dry and out of sunlight, and keep the cap closed.

Being precise

Why we do not print a delivery estimate

Almost every supplement website prints a delivery window. Most of them are invented, or borrowed from a carrier's marketing page, or true for one state and wrong for the other forty-nine. We were not given one, so we do not print one.

There is a real cost to that decision: this page is less satisfying than a page that says "3 to 5 business days" in bold. There is also a real benefit, which is that nothing on this page will turn out to be wrong when your parcel takes eight days.

The checkout page calculates a window for your actual address at the moment you order, using the carrier and service that will actually carry it. That figure is correct and ours would be a guess, so we point you at theirs.

What generally affects how long it takes

  • When you order. A Friday evening order is a Monday order everywhere.
  • Where you are. Domestic shipping within the continental US is faster than to Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory.
  • Public holidays. Carriers slow down around every federal holiday, and November and December are slower than the rest of the year combined.
  • Weather. Regional weather events delay parcels and no seller controls that.
  • Address accuracy. A missing apartment number is the most common self-inflicted delay there is.
Tracking

Reading your tracking number properly

Tracking is the thing people misread most often, usually in one of three ways.

What each status usually means.
StatusWhat it usually meansWhat to do
Label createdThe parcel exists in the system but the carrier does not have itWait 24 to 48 hours. This is normal
In transitIt is moving. Updates can be sparse between scan pointsNothing. Gaps of a day or two are ordinary
Out for deliveryIt is on a vehicle, due todayMake sure someone can receive it
Delivered, but not receivedIt was scanned at your addressCheck with neighbours and around the property, then call the same day
ExceptionSomething went wrong: a bad address, damage, or a weather holdCall the desk with your order ID
No movement for several daysPossibly mislaid between scan pointsCall the desk. They can see more than the public page

One thing worth knowing: the public tracking page and the carrier's internal record are not the same thing. The order desk can often see detail that the public page does not show, which is why calling beats refreshing.

Address changes

If you move house mid-order

This comes up more than you would expect, particularly with multi-bottle packs that arrive weeks after a decision to move.

  1. Call immediately, do not email. Address changes are measured in hours, not days.
  2. If it has not shipped, the desk can usually change it outright.
  3. If it has shipped, it becomes a carrier matter, and carriers charge for redirection and sometimes refuse it.
  4. If it is already delivered to the old address, it becomes a return under the guarantee, assuming you are still inside the 60 days.
  5. Update the address on your account before you reorder, not after.

The same advice applies to any typo you notice in your confirmation email. Read it when it arrives rather than when the parcel does not.

Bigger packs

A note about multi-bottle deliveries

Six bottles of liquid in glass is a heavier, more fragile parcel than a box of capsules, and it behaves differently in transit.

  • Unpack it over a soft surface and check every bottle before you put the box away.
  • Photograph any damage before you unpack further, not after.
  • Check the best-before date on each bottle, not just the top one.
  • Keep the box. It is the best light barrier you own for the bottles you are not using yet.
  • If a seal is broken on arrival, do not use that bottle. Call +1 (302) 200-3480.
