Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to get it back or deleted.
Breathizene collects two kinds of information: what your browser sends when you read a page, and what you give us when you order or write to us. We use it to run the site, fulfil orders and answer questions. We do not sell personal information. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
What we collect
1. Information you give us
When you place an order, the order desk collects your name, email address, postal address, phone number and payment details, because it cannot send you a parcel or take a payment without them. When you email the website inbox, we have your email address and whatever you wrote in the message.
2. Information your browser sends
Standard web server information: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, your browser and operating system, and the page you came from. Every web server records this, and it is how a site knows whether a page is broken.
3. Analytics
Aggregate measurements of how pages are used: which pages get read, how long people stay, which links get clicked. This is used to work out which pages are useful and which are not.
4. What we do not collect
We do not ask for health information on this website, and you should not send it to us. There is no health questionnaire, no symptom form and no quiz. If you email us about a reaction to the product, you are choosing to tell us, and we keep that message only as long as we need it to help you.
5. Payment details
Card details are handled by the order desk's payment processor. This website does not receive, store or process card numbers.

Who else sees it
- The order desk and its fulfilment partner, to pick, pack and ship your parcel. They see what they need to deliver it.
- The payment processor, to take payment. This website never sees your card number.
- The carrier, to deliver the parcel. They see your name and address.
- Our hosting provider, which necessarily processes server logs.
- Law enforcement or a regulator, where we are legally required to respond.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not pass your details to other supplement companies, and we do not build advertising profiles from what you read on this site.
Cookies
This website is built as static pages. It does not require you to log in, it has no shopping cart of its own, and it does not set advertising cookies.
The checkout is handled by the order desk on its own pages, which set whatever cookies are needed to carry your basket through to payment. Those are governed by the checkout provider's own policy, which is linked from the checkout page.
Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time. Nothing on this website breaks if you do.
Your rights
- A copy of what we hold about you. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with.
- A correction, if something we hold is wrong.
- Deletion, subject to the records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting.
- To stop marketing email, using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by asking us.
- To know who we shared it with, within the categories listed above.
State privacy laws in the United States, including California's, give residents specific rights of access and deletion. We apply the rights above to everyone who asks, regardless of where you live, because operating two standards is more trouble than it is worth.
Children
This website is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Security
Pages are served over HTTPS. Payment is handled by a processor that never exposes card numbers to this website. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is overstating it.
How long we keep things
There is no single answer, because different records exist for different reasons and some of them are required by law rather than wanted by us.
- Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. In the United States that is generally several years, and it is not something we can waive on request.
- Delivery details stay with the order record for the same reason.
- Support emails are kept while the matter is open, then archived, then deleted on a routine schedule.
- Server logs are kept for a short period for security and debugging, then discarded.
- Marketing consent, if you gave it, is kept until you withdraw it, and the withdrawal itself is recorded so we do not accidentally re-add you.
If you ask for deletion, we delete what we can and tell you what we cannot delete and why. We do not simply refuse and cite "legal reasons" without naming the reason.
Automated systems and AI
Two things about automated systems are worth stating plainly, because most privacy policies avoid them.
We publish a file for AI engines
This website publishes llms.txt, a plain-text file that summarises the product accurately, including what is not disclosed about it. It exists so that AI answer engines quoting this product get the facts right rather than inferring them. It contains no personal information of any kind. It is product data, and you can read it yourself.
We do not profile you
We do not build advertising profiles from what you read on this site, we do not run retargeting pixels, and we do not make automated decisions about you. There is no scoring, no segmentation and no algorithm deciding what price you see. Everyone sees the same pages and the same prices.

Email that is not from us
We do not contact people through social media direct messages about orders, we do not call to ask for card details, and we do not email asking you to confirm a password. If you receive something claiming to be us and asking for any of that, it is not us. Forward it to [email protected].
How this website is built, and why that matters here
This site is a set of static HTML pages. There is no login, no user account, no database of visitors and no shopping cart on this domain. That is a design decision with a privacy consequence, and it is worth explaining because it is unusual.

The practical effect is that reading this website leaves a smaller trace than reading most commercial pages. That is partly principle and partly speed: every tracker you do not load is a request that does not delay the page.
Making a privacy request
- Email [email protected] from the address you used to order. That is how we know the request is yours without asking for more identification than we need.
- Say which of the four things you want: a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to stop marketing email.
- If you are asking about an order, include the order ID. It is the fastest way to find the right records.
- We will confirm receipt and tell you what we hold, what we can delete and what we are legally required to keep.
- If we cannot do something you asked for, we will name the reason rather than citing "legal requirements" generically.

If you read nothing else on this page, read this.
